200 Lucky Fans will be selected at random to have their pictures taken with KIM CHIU and GERALD ANDERSON during One Kapamilya Go at California’s Great America on September 12, 2010.
HERE’S HOW:
Download, print and completely fill out the entry form.
Fax the following to (650) 551-1062, Attn: One Kapamilya Go Early Bird Meet & Greet, by 6pm PST of September 5, 2010:
1. A copy of your purchased One Kapamilya Go ticket or printout of your Great America purchase confirmation and
2. The fully-filled out entry form.
*Ensure that email address submitted is valid as printout of email notification is needed for the actual Meet & Greet on September 12.
Submission of entry signifies that you have read and accept the terms and conditions below. If you do not agree to all of the terms, please do not submit an entry.
ENTRIES
1. Fax entries must be received no later September 5, 2010, 6pm PST.
2. Due to volume of entries, entries will not be acknowledged or replied to.
3. No responsibility can be accepted for entries which are lost, delayed, misdirected or corrupted during delivery due to any equipment malfunction, virus, bug, delay or other reason whatsoever.
4. Incomplete or incorrect submissions will be automatically considered void.
5. One submission per ticket only. Submitting more than once will not increase your chance of being drawn. 6. The number of tickets purchased reflected on the confirmation should be accompanied by an equal number of names and contact information. i.e. No additional entries will be drawn for entries submitted with only 1 name but 2 or more tickets purchased.
7. Odds of being selected depend on the number of eligible entries received.
8. A list of lucky fans will also be available on the website www.onekapamilyago.com on September 9, 2010, 6pm PST.
9. Lucky fan will be required to present a printout of the email notification plus a state valid ID that matches the submitted information.
MEET & GREET
10. Meet & Greet is defined as the privilege given to the lucky fan to be able to see the artists up close and have picture taken with the artists, governed by the terms set by ABS-CBN.
11. ABS-CBN reserves the sole right to revoke this privilege under circumstances that may threaten the security of the artists or event in any way. 12. Only picture-taking is allowed. No autographs will be signed.
13. Participants can bring their own cameras. Staff will be present to take the picture.
14. One Meet & Greet admission per pass only.
15. Meet & Greet pass is transferable but the person named on the lucky fans’ list should be the one to claim the pass.
OTHERS
16. Unless prohibited by law, submitting an entry constitutes permission to use winners’ and person accompanying the winners’ names and likenesses in all media for publicity purposes without any further compensation.
17. Submitting an entry enrolls customer in ABS-CBN’s mailing list. Opt out by calling 1-800-227-9676.
18. ABS-CBN will not sell customer information to third-party marketing companies.
19. All decisions of ABS-CBN International and its respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries and agents are final and binding on the entrants in all respects.
20. If any provision of this Agreement is prohibited by law or judged by a Court of competent jurisdiction to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, the provision shall, to the extent required, be severed from these Terms and shall not in any way affect any other circumstances pertaining to these Terms or the validity or enforcement of these Terms.
